Returns for Manufacturing Defects

We understand that despite our best efforts, sometimes issues may arise. That’s why we offer a limited returns policy, applicable only to goods with verified manufacturing defects. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. The product must be returned in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact. To report a manufacturing defect, please email our dedicated customer service team at info@maakaali.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Once your return request is approved, you’ll have 7 days to ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Upon receipt of the returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund.
